Neck pain is a common symptom affecting people in their daily lives. Due to their unhealthy lifestyle, stress, and poor posture in work and study, people are in a posture with their heads bent forward and their heads bowed at their desks, which causes relaxation and strain of the neck muscle and ligament, cervical spine stability disorder, cervical nerve compression, slow blood flow, and carotid artery stimulation. Patients with severe disease will suffer from cervical degeneration, developmental cervical spinal stenosis, and other symptoms, which will affect their study and work.
Some people describe the pain as: - A persistent ache. - A stabbing or burning pain. - A shooting pain that travels from their neck to their shoulders or arms. - Headache. - Stiffness in your neck, shoulders and upper back. - unable to turn your neck or tilt your head. - Numbness or tingling feeling in your shoulders or arms.
